New Skill Balancer - Beta 5

I got an e-mail from CVROY from wicked game servers the other day. Seems that he is using the skill balancer mutator I made. Very cool. Anyways, so I took an hour off from my busy schedule to make a couple of fixes to it, and now you can download Beta 5 from the site.
The only fixes are some problems that occur when people come and go on the server, and switch to spectator, and the teams not balancing properly. That should all be fixed now (crosses fingers), and I also fixed the reporting of player skills when entering "mutate skills". The previous version had some problem with displaying the difference, or something like that.
Well, check it out, it is currently running on the whoshack server, and let me know how it works out.
